Day one !

Happy new year and welcome to my radio blog.

I love HF and although I currently have a very limiting set up I try and do my best.

My aim is to update this online diary on a daily basis even if there is nothing to report.

I have started today even though my radio is currently packed away for Christmas.

My working conditions are normally a Kenwood TS 570 D, a half size G5RV at only 15ft above ground and a 2 element boom less quad which is designed, built and tuned for 10 meter operation. This is currently mounted at 20ft above the ground ( to the centre point )
